I’m not new to telecom—I’d spent years in this industry before I ever started Skytek, so I know it from the inside. But I’ve never been a typical phone guy. I come from a family with a long history of invention—my grandfather’s products are still in use to this day—and my whole life I’ve done the same one thing: take a system apart until I understand it all the way to the bottom, then build what’s missing. Before phones it was audio—I taught myself engineering and produced and mastered children’s albums that are still played today: the יאסעלע פליט סעריע and the איך האב ליב די הייליגע יום טוב סעריע. Phones turned out to be the same instinct, backed by years of knowing the industry cold.
That’s what makes Skytek different from a typical phone provider. I’m not a reseller handing you a box and a manual. I build on top of SkySwitch—the enterprise-grade VoIP backbone trusted across healthcare and business nationwide—and then I build the rest myself: the software, the tools, the way it all fits how your business actually works. So when you ask “can it do this?” you’re not filing a ticket with a vendor overseas—you’re talking to the person who can make it do that.
I believe in quality over quantity, and I’d rather show you than sell you. My customers stay because their needs get met—caring comes naturally to me, and I take each client’s needs personally. I stay on top of my game, executing to get things done properly and efficiently. I’m not one to boast; I let the work speak. So come see it for yourself. And when you reach out, you won’t get a faceless call center—you’ll get a real, personal touch.
